17G Disposable Prostate Template (with Needle Hole)

NEEDLES: Only 17 gauge flexi-needles or 17 gauge stainless steel needles could be used. If you find difficulty in pushing the needles through the holes, dip needle in appropriate lubricant and use.
15G Disposable Prostate Template (Needle Hole in a pouch)
Part # 223-6, Sterile Part # 1740
NEEDLES: Only 15 gauge flexi-needles or 15 gauge stainless steel needles could be used. If you find difficulty in pushing the needles through the holes, dip needle in appropriate lubricant and use.
Both the above prostate templates are made of Medical Grade Silicone Elastomer. The hole pattern is as shown in the figure.
Disposable templates are for one time use only.

NEEDLES: Only 0.0555" flexi-needles or 0.0555" stainless steel needles could be used. If you find difficulty in pushing the needles through the holes, dip needle in appropriate lubricant and use.
